The annual event, hosted by Active-In, provides a free forum for community clubs, schools, organisations to come together and get up to date information about funding, promotional tools, and hear from some of the partners that influence decisions on a local, County and National basis.
The ticketed event is free for all to attend and the team works hard to get a key speaker of a high calibre. Previous guest speakers include Ian Rose (5 time Paralympian), Naomi Riches MBE (London 2012 Paralympic Gold Medallist), Rebecca Romero (World Champion and Olympic Medallist in two different sports) and Chris Lawrie (Junior World Champion sculler).
This year the presentations will include information on, Inclusive communication, sustainability support, local funding and events, plus much more.
The second section will be a chance for you to speak directly to those speakers about your individual club's situation, needs and wants. Through the registration process, we will be able to produce name badges that allows you to identify people from the clubs, schools and groups that are closest to you.
After the presentations, there is an opportunity for your club to speak with the professionals in the room about your specific needs or requirements. This is to ensure that you get the most out of the evening as possible.
Details of the 2019 event will be announced in the coming weeks.
