This group class led by Harry Pritchard Fitness is aimed at those who want to improve endurance and build muscle. The class has a boxing fitness focus, using high intensity exercises to burn fat quicker.
All classes are sociable, cost effective and a great way to get fit and active whilst having fun. Every 8 weeks the phase of training changes and within those 8 weeks, every 2 weeks the exercises will alter and progressively get tougher. Each phase is programmed in a way that you will see huge improvements throughout, ranging from cardio levels to strength and body fat loss to toning. Classes are limited to 14 people so that the exercises can be monitored and observed easily. No class has an age, shape or size limit and absolutely anybody can take part. Harry will also give you nutritional advice to follow which will teach you about your body and food intake; it has proven to get some amazing results.
All equipment is provided. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing.
Parking for the session: The Athletics Complex has an onsite car park for participants, free of charge.
