The Wild Strong sessions will bring together a number of programs for men to increase muscle mass, having an impact on their metabolism and energy levels. The variety of equipment and training styles keeps the training fun and always delivers great results. The session will attract residents who don’t enjoy the structure and environment of your average gym. Activities: Strongman, Lifting, BTB Exercise.
Please note, there are only 16 spaces available per session, therefore please ensure you book to avoid disappointment.
