No, not all of our sessions need booking in advance, some are simply turn up and play. This information plus much more on all of our sessions can be found under their respective pages on the ‘Things to do’ page.
If a session does require booking this can be done via our website, simply visit that specific activities page and click on the book here link. This will take you through to the Active Network booking system pages who are our secure booking agent partners.
Our refund policies are explained on each ticket booking page (external website) as some of our sessions require a longer cancellation period than other. We always try to be as understanding as possible though and will try to help find a solution for you.

The team run a multitude of events throughout the year and they are all featured on our website, under the ‘Events’ section.
Our events are a mixture of free and paid for events, depending on the type of activity. However, all prices of our events and activities are kept at the absolute minimum and we often secure external funding to help lower this cost.
The events run by the team take place in Buckinghamshire, Watford Borough and East Herts District as our current service delivery covers these areas. However, the team also provide logistical support to several other events in Hertfordshire and Berkshire through our partners.
Applications for the Wycombe District open on the 1st August each year and close mid-September.
Applications forms can be download from our website via the ‘Talented Athlete Bursaries’ page. Once completed these forms can then be return via email to email@example.com
We offer these bursaries to athletes competing at County, Regional, National Development Squad or International level in their respected sports that reside within the Wycombe District.
Ensure you complete all the questions with as much detail as possible. This is your opportunity to shout about your achievements and to let the panel know how dedicated you are to your sport.
This is something we do not currently offer, however we often have the opportunity to invest project funding into our sports clubs. We can also provide support and advise to supports clubs in all areas of their development.
Each year we run an annual Sports Forum in High Wycombe, which is a free event that provides up to date information, on a local, county and national level to sports clubs, educational establishments and other organisations within the District. It gives an insight into the key things that coaches, administrators and key volunteers need to know about. For example funding, marketing, and the county sports partnership priorities.
Although we cannot commit to any long term advertising we would be happy to promote your club sessions via our social media channels.

Each year we offer a number of free School development days in a range of sports using some of the very best facilities in the area including Bisham Abbey NSC. These days usually consist of skills sessions throughout the morning, followed by some competitive elements in the afternoon. For more information on these days please visit the ‘School Development Days’ page located under the events tab on our website.
We currently work with schools in the Wycombe District and surrounding areas. If you are unsure please contact us by email:
Two guest speakers we highly recommend are our School Sport & Disibility sport ambassadors Ian Rose & Aaron Phipps. For more information visit our ‘Meet the Team’ page.
The annual Sports Education Week event takes place in October half term and offers a large number of opportunities to renew your qualifications, or gain new ones.
The team do not offer any bursaries directly as we try hard to subsidise the cost of the qualifications to all coaches and volunteers. However, you can often gain support through your County Sports Partnership (CSP) for qualifications so we recommend visiting the CSP for your area
